Welcome to ROC E6
RocE6 is excited to announce the return of our Winter Lacrosse Clinics, running November 2026 through March 2027 at the Irondequoit Sports Center.
Open to boys and girls of all skill levels, these clinics provide athletes with an opportunity to develop their stick skills, lacrosse IQ, athleticism, and confidence in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment.
Whether you're new to the game or preparing for the spring season, RocE6 is the place to train, compete, and grow.

In 2005 Arkee founded ROC E6 and asked me to join him to start lacrosse and he is as passionate as me about promoting lacrosse and providing opportunities in the city of Rochester”
