
OUR COACHING STAFF
The Roc E6 staff isn't your typical group of coaches. The reason we coach is different.
We all have a passion for the game; but more importantly we genuinely want to see
the game of lacrosse grow within the City of Rochester.

LONDON BOOKER
Vice President/Coach
A graduate of Gates-Chili HS, who went
on to play four years of college lacrosse at Division II Roberts Wesleyan University. London epitomizes everything that is Roc E6, being one of the first players to take part in the program back in 2006. London serves as the Liaison for the program. In addition, he is an Athletic Director for RCSD and he was the East High School Varsity Coach.

ARKEE ALLEN
Founder/Coach
A Graduate of Irondequoit HS and Columbia University and never played lacrosse but is now making up for lost time as a coach. Arkee established Roc E6 in 2005 as his way to give back to the community and offer alternative sports and education to inner-city youths.
He has been a school administrator for years at Sodus, PUC, UPrep and is currently the High School Principal at Rush Henrietta.

ARTHUR ALVUT
President/Coach
A graduate of Fairport HS and SUNY Cortland. One of the founding fathers of Fairport Youth Lacrosse and also coached at Penfield youth for 10 years. Big Brother to Arkee Allen since 1988. Assisted Arkee in adding lacrosse to his Roc Wresting Camp and eventually became the Roc E6 Lacrosse team as it is today.

CRAIG STEWART
Coach
A Rush Henrietta Graduate and Ithaca College All American Goaltender. Led Ithaca to two final four appearances in four years. He has gone on coaching both Men’s and Women’s lacrosse for 25 years locally and regionally. Coach Stewart has coached at Roberts Weslyan, St. John Fisher, MCC, Pittsford and Penfield youth. While forming his own travel Women's club team with over 200 players at its peak, prior to then becoming Co-Director of what was WNY’s largest Women’s club program known as Lady Roc Lacrosse. Coach Stewart tried retirement in 2019 before rapidly re-joining Roc E6 to coach and help develop local student-athletes.

MINH GRIESHABER
Coach
Minh played lacrosse at Abington High School in Pennsylvania and at Rochester Institute
of Technology where there was only a women’s club team at the time. After graduation she became an interim women’s lacrosse
coach for the university. She and a few other teammates successfully lobbied to establish the first Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Team at RIT in 1997. Since then Minh has enjoyed coaching girls summer league lacrosse in Webster, NY
and currently at Roc E6.

BYRON WADDELL, PhD
Coach - Athletics Trainer
Another graduate of Fairport High School who went on to play college football at Utica College. Recently Byron received his Phd. From Nazareth University in Physical Therapy. Byron is a fine example of what the Roc E6 program can do for a young man. He started with Roc E6 as a camper in 2005 and continued to play in the program until 2009 when he moved to Fairport by way of the Urban/Suburban Program.

HONORABLE
CONSTANCE PATTERSON
Coach
A graduate of Fairport HS and then went on to receive degrees from Clemson University and Emory University School of Law. She was the City of Rochester Assistant District Attorney and then was appointed by Mayor Malik D. Evans as a Rochester City Court Judge and later won reelection. Constance tries to make as many practices as her busy court schedule allows.

MIKE MALLOY
Coach
A graduate of Penfield High School,
Mike has been coaching lacrosse for 11 years. With stints at Gananda, Juanita Lacrosse
in Seattle, Harvest, and Roc E6, coaching has offered him a great perspective on the sport's community as a whole. Mike has been involved with Roc E6 dating back to his high school years and truly loves being apart of the team.

TYLER RUSSELL
Advisory Coach
A graduate of Livonia High School who went on to play four years of college lacrosse at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Tyler scored 69 goals for the Tigers in one season and was named an academic All-American. He currently resides in Denver Colorado but consistently advises Roc E6 on higher level lacrosse for our student/athletes. Before thinking about playing any high school or college lacrosse, Tyler was coached by Art as a 5th and 6th grader.
MARK ALVUT
Coach
Like his brother Art, Mark has been around the sport of lacrosse for a long time. He spent his high school days playing at Fairport High School and went on to play four years at SUNY Brockport. His passion and knowledge for the sport are unparalleled, as he has served on numerous town boards and is involved with US Lacrosse currently. Mark lives in Buffalo yet gets back to help Roc E6 as often as possible.
